Register as an employer

Choose the employer role when you sign up. That unlocks publishing vacancies and searching candidates.

Fill in your company profile

Name, industry, a short description and a logo. A candidate opens that page before applying - an empty profile leaves questions.

Choose a plan

The free plan covers a first vacancy. For more roles or VIP visibility, see the pricing page.

Write the vacancy

Title, location or remote, employment type, category and description. The more specific it is, the more relevant the applications.

Publish

Every vacancy is reviewed before it goes live. That protects the listing's quality - and you get the same benefit.

What makes a vacancy good

• Title the role the way candidates search for it: people search for "Sales Manager", nobody searches for "Growth Evangelist".
• Describe what the person does day to day, not only what you require. This is the part most often left out.
• State the location, or say plainly that it is remote. Ambiguity stops good candidates.
• If you can give a salary range, give it. It removes irrelevant applications in both directions.

What happens after you publish

Applications collect in one place where you open a candidate's profile, contact them directly and hold a conversation. In parallel you search for candidates yourself - waiting is no longer the only option.
