Robonote is a fast-growing AI conversation intelligence platform. We analyze customer interactions (calls, chats, SMS, and emails) to extract insights, automate summaries, and archive high-volume conversations. Our product serves B2C companies with active call centers - across industries like finance, insurance, telecom, and travel - and is used by teams in sales, compliance, customer support, marketing, and training. We're a team of 20 people, fully remote, currently in scaling phase, and preparing for our Series A. We're now building our next level of infrastructure and leadership to support our growth.
